In-house · For engineering teams

Train your developers
in your own codebase.

Hands-on AI coding training delivered at your company. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot and agentic workflows, taught on your own stack and repositories.

On-site or online 5 to 20 developers German or English

Who this is for

In-house training is booked by a company for its own team. If you are learning on your own, the honest answer is that you want something else.

Book this if

  • You have a team of developers who already hold AI tool licences and are not getting much from them.
  • You can bring five or more engineers together, in a room or on a call.
  • You want the training run on your codebase, not on a toy example.
  • Someone on your side can approve a training budget.

Look elsewhere if

  • You are an individual developer looking for a self-paced course.
  • You want a certificate rather than a skill your team uses on Monday.
  • You are after a recorded video library. I teach live, and only live.

What a booking looks like

The four answers you need before a conversation is worth having.

Group size

5 to 20

Small enough that everyone writes code, large enough to be worth a day of your team's time.

Duration

½ day to 3 weeks

A focused half-day session, a two-day deep dive, or a phased programme across several weeks.

Delivery

On-site or online

At your office anywhere in Europe, fully remote, or a hybrid of the two.

Language

German or English

German is my native language and my English is fluent. Mixed teams are no problem.

Every topic has a worked-up curriculum, and anything not listed gets built for the booking.

How we would get there

Three steps. The first is free and the only one you have to commit to.

01

Scoping call

Thirty minutes on what your team already does with AI tools, where it breaks down, and what a good outcome would look like. No slides.

02

Tailored curriculum

A written proposal: topics, running order, duration and price, built around your stack rather than a stock agenda.

03

Training on your code

We run the sessions in your repositories, so what your developers practise is what they ship the following week.

Start with the scoping call. It costs you half an hour.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about in-house AI coding training

No. In-house training is delivered to one company's team, with a minimum of around five participants. If you are learning on your own, the course catalogue and the blog are free and cover much of the same ground.

Pricing is per engagement rather than per seat, and depends on duration, delivery mode and how much preparation your stack needs. You get a fixed written price before anything is booked.

Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot and Codex, plus the agentic workflows around them: MCP servers, project instruction files and code review habits. If your team standardised on something else, say so and I will build to it.

Working knowledge of the language your team ships in, a laptop with the tooling installed, and licences for whichever AI assistant you use. No prior AI experience is assumed.

Three to six weeks is typical, which leaves time to look at your codebase before the first session. Shorter notice is sometimes possible, so it is worth asking.
