Adds the connected tools and, more to the point, the judgement: what to check, what never to hand over, and when to stop a run rather than correct it.
2 days
Adds what makes it stick across a department: shared ways of working, the administrative settings, and house rules the team actually agreed to.

The curriculum above is a starting point, not a syllabus. Before anything is booked I find out where your team actually stands, then rebuild the course around that. A team already running agents daily spends its two days somewhere completely different from one that installed the tool last week.
Step 1
A call before anything is agreed: what your team already uses, what has gone wrong so far, and what you need them doing differently afterwards.
Step 2
Language, framework, review process, CI. Exercises are rebuilt against your repository so nothing in the room is hypothetical.
Step 3
Modules get dropped, deepened or added. You see the adjusted outline and sign it off before the date is fixed.
Step 4
We run the course, then check in once the team has applied it to real work and the awkward questions have surfaced.

Same material either way. The format changes how much of it lands in the first week.
I come to your office and work with the team in the room. Usually the most effective option for a first rollout, because the sideways questions get answered as they come up.
Delivered live over video in focused blocks rather than one long day, with shared screens and hands-on exercises on your own work.
A day on site to get everyone moving, followed by shorter remote sessions once the team is applying it to real work and hitting real friction.
There is no public schedule. Every course is booked privately for a single team, and we agree the dates together.

No, that is exactly the room this is written for. Nobody needs to have written a line of code or used an AI tool before. The half-day version assumes precisely that and spends its whole time on real tasks rather than on explaining what a language model is.
Chat answers you; Cowork does the work. It opens the folder, edits the actual files, uses your connected tools and hands back something finished. That difference changes both what you delegate and how carefully you check it, and those two things are most of the course.
It reaches only the folders and tools you point it at, it shows its plan before doing anything significant, and deleting things needs your approval. Those are the mechanics. The judgement is a scheduled module, because I would far rather your team set its own boundaries in the room than discover them afterwards.
Assembling a document out of scattered material, turning a folder of receipts or forms into a usable spreadsheet, reorganising files, drafting from your own notes, and repeating any of those on a schedule. Work that is tedious, has several steps, and has a result you can check.
A paid plan for each participant on the day, because Cowork is not on the free tier. Most teams booking this already have one. Tell me which plan you are on and I will confirm what it covers before we fix a date.
Five to twenty. Everybody works on their own real task, and every one of those gets stuck in a different place, so past twenty somebody always waits too long for help.
