Grow the company. Keep the headcount.
Every department repeats the same steps every week. Agents carry that volume work, and the capacity it frees goes into growth.
Illustration: in a company's week with agents, the six kinds of volume work listed below take up far less of the team's time, and the capacity freed goes into growth without new hires.
Every hour agents take on is an hour you do not have to hire for.
Booked by one company for its own leadership team, three to twelve people.

Anthropic quietly began watermarking everything Claude writes. I went through the announcement, Anthropic's technical write-up, the law that prompted it, and the research on whether a watermark like this can be detected or removed. Most of the advice going around is nonsense, but not all of it.
Moving from conversational mimicry to autonomous execution: understand how agentic AI systems pursue complex goals, use tools, and adapt to changing environments through a continuous reasoning loop.
The same approach, built around different work.
Hand whole tasks to Claude Code, Cursor and Copilot. Ship more with the same team.
Training for engineersBuild no-code agents for research, drafts and reports. No technical background needed.
Training for marketingPrefer a fixed curriculum? Every packaged course is in the catalogue.
Asked before almost every booking, answered honestly.
Some tasks, yes; that is the point. Whole roles, rarely, and that is not what this course is for. The leverage is in growing without hiring for every new piece of work: the volume work moves to agents, and the people you have take on the work you could never staff. If the goal is cutting jobs next quarter, I will tell you in the first call that I am the wrong person.
A fixed price per booking, not per head, depending on the depth you choose and whether it runs on site. You get it in writing after the first call, before anything is booked. The programme's rollout plan also puts a figure on what running agents will cost you afterwards.
Not for the course: it assumes no technical knowledge, and most of it is decisions rather than tools. It does shape the plan. Many first use cases run on tools you can buy and set up without a developer, and the course is honest about which ones need someone technical, in-house or bought in.
It is settled first, not afterwards. The briefing already covers which data may go to which provider, what a data processing agreement has to say, and where the EU AI Act applies to you. The exercises use material you have cleared, or anonymised examples, so nothing sensitive leaves the company for the training.
The first use cases can be running within weeks, and the rollout plan is built so that something measurable happens in the first 30 days. Growing without hiring is a matter of quarters, not days, so the plan also says what you measure along the way, and you can see whether it is working before you commit more.
Something else on your mind?
Tell me where your company wants to be in a year and where the work piles up today, and I will tell you honestly how much of it agents can carry.
