Most weeks repeat the same kinds of work, whatever the role. Agents carry those, and the hours they give back go into more of the work only you can do.
Illustration: in one person's week with agents, the six kinds of repeat work listed below take up far less time, and the hours freed go into more of their own work.
Same week, same hours, more shipped.
For one person, in any role, who wants more out of their own week.

Both are one-on-one, remote and in English or German. Pick the one that fits; neither is a step towards the other.

For six years I built the automation that let a growing company take on more work without hiring for every task. Psychology is why I coach the habit as well as the tool.

What people want settled before their first session.
Yes, any time. A single session needs no six-week coaching before or after it. You can start with one to see whether the format suits you, and if I have coached you before, you can book one whenever you like.
Six weeks if you want agents to become part of how you work: the sessions build on each other, and the assignments in between make the habit stick. A single session if you have one thing to solve, a workflow that has stalled, or want a check-in. If you are unsure, start with a single session.
No. The coaching works from your own tasks, whatever your role. Engineers work on their code and tooling; everyone else works on the writing, research, data and repeat work in their week. If something needs a developer, I will tell you.
The ones you have or are allowed to use: ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini or others. If you have none yet, the first session includes picking one that fits your work and your employer's rules.
We settle at the start what may go into which tool. Where your employer has rules, we follow them; where the work is sensitive, we use anonymised examples or tools your company has approved.
Remote, over a video call, in English or German. Each session is 60 minutes, at a time that suits you.
Something else on your mind?
Tell me what fills your week and which format you are leaning towards. A few lines are enough. I reply myself, usually within a day.
A single session needs no package and can be booked any time. Remote, in English or German.
When the whole team should work this way, the training runs on its shared work.
Hand whole tasks to Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot and Codex. Ship more with the same team.
