Twice the content. Keep the headcount.
Most of a marketing week is volume work. That is the work agents scale.
Illustration: in a marketer's week with agents, the six kinds of work below take up far less of the week, and the time freed up goes into more content.
One marketing team at a time, built around its channels.

Anthropic quietly began watermarking everything Claude writes. I went through the announcement, Anthropic's technical write-up, the law that prompted it, and the research on whether a watermark like this can be detected or removed. Most of the advice going around is nonsense, but not all of it.
Moving from conversational mimicry to autonomous execution: understand how agentic AI systems pursue complex goals, use tools, and adapt to changing environments through a continuous reasoning loop.
The same approach, built around different work.
Hand whole tasks to Claude Code, Cursor and Copilot. Ship more with the same team.
Training for engineersDecide where agents pay off, how to roll them out and how to measure the gain.
Training for leadersPrefer a fixed curriculum? Every packaged course is in the catalogue.
The ones that usually come up before a booking.
That is not what this is for. The point is to get more out of the team you have: the volume work moves to agents, and the people who did it spend their time on ideas, strategy and the final call. Every exercise ends with a person deciding what goes out.
It is the goal the course is built around, not a guarantee. The gain comes from volume work: drafts, repurposing, research and reporting. A team whose week is mostly that kind of work gets closest; a team that mostly does strategy gains less. The first call is where we work out which one you are.
Mostly Claude, including Claude Cowork, plus the AI features in tools you already pay for. I do not bring a new platform for the day: the exercises are built on what your team will keep using afterwards.
By writing the brand down in a form an agent can follow, and by agreeing who approves what before anything is published. Both are part of the course, and both stay with your team afterwards.
Pricing is per engagement rather than per seat, and depends on the length, the group size and whether it runs on site. You get a fixed written price after the first call, before anything is booked.
Something else on your mind?
Tell me about your channels and your team, and I will tell you honestly how much of your week agents can take on.
