What your team will be able to do

Every module ends with something participants can repeat on Monday morning, in their own work and with your team's tools.

Drafts that sound like you

Write a brand brief an agent actually follows, and get first drafts that need editing rather than rewriting.

Research you can act on

Turn audience questions, competitor pages and campaign numbers into a summary the next meeting can decide from.

Publish landing pages yourself

Build, test and publish a campaign page without opening a ticket and waiting for the next sprint.

Automate the weekly routine

Set up the report, the repurposing and the round-up that come around every week, so nobody has to start them by hand.

Catch what must not go out

Spot the invented statistic, the claim legal would never sign off, and the paragraph that sounds like every other brand.

One way of working

Leave with a shared brand kit and agreed approvals instead of everyone prompting in their own way.

Curriculum

Built around hands-on work rather than slides. The running order and depth of each module are adjusted to the group before delivery.

75% hands-on
1

What agents change in marketing

From 1 day
  • The difference between a chat that answers and an agent that finishes the job
  • Claude, ChatGPT, Cowork and the agents inside tools you already pay for
  • Which marketing work to hand over first, and which to keep
  • What good output looks like, and how long it really takes to get there
2

Content in your brand's voice

From 1 day
  • Turning brand guidelines into a brief an agent reads every time
  • One piece of work into a post, a newsletter and an ad set
  • Editing out the tone that makes readers stop trusting a brand
  • Who signs off what before anything is published
3

Research and reporting

From 1 day
  • Audience research from reviews, comments and sales notes
  • Competitor scans that report what changed, not everything that exists
  • Search and AI answers: what people ask, and where your brand turns up
  • Campaign numbers turned into a summary someone will actually read
4

Landing pages without a ticket

From 2 days
  • Building a campaign page from a brief and the brand you already have
  • Forms, tracking and consent, done properly the first time
  • Publishing, testing variants, and taking a page down again
  • Where a developer should still take a look, and how to hand it over
5

Automating the recurring work

From 2 days
  • The weekly report, the monthly round-up, the post nobody wants to resize
  • Connecting the CRM, analytics, ad platforms and the shared drive
  • A human checkpoint before anything reaches a customer
  • What an automation costs to run, and who notices when it breaks
6

Safe across the department

From 3 days
  • Claims, statistics and sources: what a person has to check
  • Customer data, GDPR, and what never goes into a prompt
  • A shared brand kit and prompt library the whole team works from
  • Agreeing what counts as better before anyone claims it is

How long you book it for

Every length is drawn from the same modules. A longer booking is more of the course, not a different one.

Essentials

Beginner

1 day

A day on the work a marketing team does every week: briefing an agent on your brand, getting drafts worth editing, and turning research into something a meeting can use.

Modules covered

  • What agents change in marketing
  • Content in your brand's voice
  • Research and reporting

Core

Intermediate

2 days

Adds the two things that usually wait on someone else: a landing page the team builds and publishes itself, and the recurring jobs that should run without anyone starting them.

Modules covered

  • What agents change in marketing
  • Content in your brand's voice
  • Research and reporting
  • Landing pages without a ticket
  • Automating the recurring work

Complete

Advanced

3 days

Adds what keeps it safe once the whole department uses it: claims and customer data, a shared brand kit, and an honest way to tell whether any of it helped.

Modules covered

  • What agents change in marketing
  • Content in your brand's voice
  • Research and reporting
  • Landing pages without a ticket
  • Automating the recurring work
  • Safe across the department

Not sure which one fits? The intake call settles it, and the length can still change afterwards.

Does this match your team's work?

Every module can be rebuilt around your tools, your material and the way your team works. Tell me what the team does and you get an honest answer about the fit.

Built around your team

No two runs of this course are the same

The curriculum above is a starting point, not a syllabus. Before anything is booked I find out where your team actually stands, then rebuild the course around that. A team already running agents daily spends its time somewhere completely different from one that installed the tool last week.

  1. Step 1

    Intake call

A call before anything is agreed: what your team already uses, what has gone wrong so far, and what you need it doing differently afterwards.

  2. Step 2

    Workflow review

Your tools, your processes and the work itself, whether that is a repository and review process or a content workflow. Exercises are rebuilt on your material, so nothing in the room is hypothetical.

  3. Step 3

    Curriculum reshaped

Modules get dropped, deepened or added. You see the adjusted outline and sign it off before the date is fixed.

  4. Step 4

    Delivery and follow-up

We run the course, then check in once the team has applied it to real work and the awkward questions have surfaced.

What gets adjusted

  • Depth of each module
  • Your tools, code or content
  • Group size and seniority mix
  • Length and how days are split
  • English or German
  • On site, remote or hybrid

Is this course right for your team?

Who it is for

In-house marketing teams with more channels to feed than people to feed them.
Content, social and campaign managers who spend their week adapting one idea for five formats.
Heads of marketing deciding how far the team should trust agents, and with what.

What participants need beforehand

  • A paid plan for the AI tool your team uses, or will use, working before the day starts.
  • A laptop participants are allowed to install software on.
  • Your brand guidelines and one real campaign or piece of content to work on.

How the training is delivered

Same material either way. The format changes how much of it lands in the first week.

On site

I come to your office and work with the team in the room. Usually the most effective option for a first rollout, because the sideways questions get answered as they come up.

Remote

Delivered live over video in focused blocks rather than one long day, with shared screens and hands-on exercises on your own work.

Hybrid

A day on site to get everyone moving, followed by shorter remote sessions once the team is applying it to real work and hitting real friction.

Optional add-ons Certificate of participation

There is no public schedule. Every course is booked privately for a single team, and we agree the dates together.

Ready to put a date on it?

Send me your team size and roughly when you want to run it, and you get availability and a proposal back.

Luka Breitig

AI agent trainer and software engineer

I train engineering and marketing teams to hand real work to AI agents, and I use the same agents to ship production software every week. The material comes out of building things, not out of a slide deck.

Before going freelance I spent six years as co-founder and CTO of a marketing agency, where I automated 80% of its business processes. I also studied psychology, so the courses spend as much time on how people actually adopt agents (review, guardrails, rollout) as they do on prompting.

Questions about this course

The things teams ask before booking. If yours is not here, ask me directly.

No. The course assumes no programming at all, and most of the time goes on your own campaign material rather than on how the technology works. The landing-page module is the most technical part, and it is written for people who have never touched code.

Mostly Claude, including Cowork, plus whatever your team already pays for: ChatGPT, the AI features in your CRM or design tool, an automation platform. I would rather teach the tool you will still be using next month than bring in a new one for the day. Tell me what you have and the exercises are built around it.

Not out of the box, and anyone who says otherwise has not read the output closely. It gets close once the brand is written down in a form an agent can follow, which is a skill the team learns on the day. The last stretch is always a person editing, and the course is honest about where that line sits.

Not for the course. I spent six years as CTO of a marketing agency, so I know both sides of the ticket: which pages marketing can safely build and publish alone, and which ones a developer should see first. That boundary is part of the landing-page module, so your developers get asked less often, and for better reasons.

Customer data stays out of prompts unless your plan and your policy both allow it, and the exercises show how to get the work done without it. Consent, tracking and claims are scheduled topics rather than footnotes, because marketing is where an agent's mistake is most likely to end up published.

Five to twenty. Everyone works on their own campaign material, and brand work needs feedback one person at a time, which stops working past twenty.

Still not sure whether this is the right fit for your team?
